Day 3 – Check your Terms and Conditions, and Contracts

Did you update your Terms and Conditions bearing GDPR in mind when the law changed? If not, now’s the time to get it all properly sorted so you don’t fall foul of the law.

There’s more – has the way you do business changed thanks to the virus? Make certain your Terms & Conditions and your contracts are up to date as regards the business landscape you’re operating in right now, your suppliers, your cashflow, deliveries, customer service, client visits, everything you can think of.

It’s also worth remembering that your contracts should be written in plain English. Laws like the Consumer Contracts Regulations strongly encourage businesses use plain English in contracts, and in Terms and Conditions.
